Blandine Barthélemy rides a push scooter as a mean of self-propelled nomadism. In a quest for the simple good life, she has left everything to hop on the footbike and explore the world: solo, unsupported & fully autonomous, living on little, most of the time outdoors.
In November 2015, she's has achieved the first tour of Europe on a footbike, after a full year of kicking, more than 20 000km and 22 countries crossed.
"A simple life - World Open Tour" is the suite of her humanist and athletic odyssey, beginning mid-January 2017, towards the east and without plane.
She documents her ethical quest and wild journey with photographies, blog articles and essays.
